For dropshipping we required our customers to buy the item before they sell our products. We do not responsible for any sold out item if not being purchase in front.

Q: Do we have dropshipping program?
A: Yes, we do. Your name or company name will be listed as the sender on the shipping label. Our
invoice or "packing slip" will not be included with the package. You just need to fax us your invoice
and we will send you the tracking number.  Merchandise will ship from your prepaid inventory that
we will hold in our warehouse.

Q: How much do we charge for dropshipping?
A: We charge $2 per shipment for packing materials and handling fee.

Q: What will it cost to ship?
A: We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected.
You can use our UPS account and we will bill you every Friday. We can also use your UPS account.
Every time you have a shipment, we will fax you UPS' end of the day detail or email whichever
convenience for you.

We have a $5.00 handling on all Postal orders (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Military APO, FPO,
AE).

Q: How do I copy your pictures for my own use?
A: You may "right click" your mouse pointer on our website pictures, a menu box will drop down.
Select "save picture as" and save the picture to a folder on your computer's C drive. Usually it is
best to create a folder for all your pictures.
You can also use and copy all the information on our website.

Q: Are your products new or reconditioned?
A: Condition of the products always stated right after the model number. (R) is for
refurbished/Reconditioned and (N) if for New. Our ninety day warranty will apply.

Q: How long does it take to process & ship orders?
A: All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed the same
business day. Orders received on Monday, will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume
incurred from the weekend. International orders will only be shipped on Tuesday or Thursday.
Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be
delayed one business day.

Q: How do I track my packages that have been shipped?
A: Tracking number will be send via fax or email.

Q: Will you ship my order USPS?
A: Yes, we will ship via the US Postal service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We will charge a
$5.00 handling fee for Postal orders.

Q: Do you dropship internationally?
A: Yes, we will Dropship internationally. We use TNT express mail as our international carrier. Be
advised when shipping internationally a Duty will be owed upon delivery per TNT express mail
service. Ask us for TNT international rate or you can check it out from www.TNT.com. We now also
offer UPS expedited for international shipping.

Q: What is the delivery time for orders?
A: Orders are shipped from Aurora, IL 60504. Delivery days are determined by UPS and TNT
Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.

Q: How will I be informed of product updates?
A: You must be on our mailing list to receive product updates. To be added to the email list, Click on
"mailing list" and complete the necessary information required.

Q: What is the quantity available for a product?
A: We stock various quantities of merchandise, however we deal in fast moving merchandise, so
quantities change daily. We required you to buy the item from us before you put it up for an auction
or on your own website. We have a very low minimum order, as we know that you do not want your
capital tight up only on one item.

Q: Do we accept international orders?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. We can arrange for shipping and give you a competitive fright quote. We
can also arrange for product to be picked up by your freight forwarder if you have a preferred
shipper.

Q: How can we pay for our order?
A: We accept certified checks, money orders, Bank wire transfers, COD and echeck paypal. Sorry,
no personal checks or business checks are accepted.
Credit card only for established customers. We can not accept credit card for first time buyer due to
fraud problem in the past. We also charge 3% on credit card payment.

Q: What is your warranty return policy?
A: See warranty page for full details. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

Q: How quickly do you respond to email?
A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend
may require up to 36 hours to be answered. If your email is in reference to a pending order, call us,
we have been known to process orders and packages quicker than answering email.

Q: What about SalesTax?
A: Our order form will apply a 7.5% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of
Illinois. An Illinois Sales Certificate is required to Void this Tax. If you have an Illinois Sales
Certificate, you may fax a signed copy to 630-820-8703

Q: How Do I prevent internet FRAUD?
A: If the customer pays you with a credit card, the merchandise must be delivered to the same
address their credit card statement is mailed to (your merchant service will offer this information to
you). If you receive payment via PayPal, you must ship the merchandise to the same address the
account billing statement is mailed to (PayPal will offer this information to you).
